Final payment sent by invoice for $490 upon completion of the report. Expected timeline of completion 1 week. Expedited offerings are available. This is a preliminary diligence study to inform a property owner of the potential for development. We review: 1. Feasibility of design/development intentions (new square footage, additional parking, etc...) 2. Building envelope (height, setbacks, zoning restrictions) 3. Any site-specific questions (defined by the client, every site is different)
