1. If we've yet to begin work on your project we'll refund you minus processing fees within 30 business days.
2. If we've put time into your project beyond 1 equivalent working hour, retainer payments are non-refundable.
3. If you pulled permits with the city and would like to cancel the permit and request a city refund, we will help refund city fees but charge for our time.
